'Tis the season for laughter and cheer! There's no better way to celebrate than to give the perfect gift and have it opened for all to see. Do you know someone who has a good sense of humor or are you known as the comedian by your friends and family? White Elephant parties have been a hit for more than a century! The phrase came about from the historic practice of the King of Siam (now Thailand) giving rare albino elephants to those he displeased. Nowadays, it's a celebration of funny, hilarious, impractical-but can still be useful gifts. I personally love White Elephant gift exchanges! One year in particular I will never forget the gift I received because to this day I still have it! Any ideas?  At the end of the blog, I'll post a photo! So with that being said, I don't believe every gift has to be impractical. Below I've listed 50 amazing White Elephant gift ideas I'm sure you'll love giving!! Happy Shopping!! Fur babies are family! They offer unconditional love, support and they are downright adorable. Ok, maybe not so much when they've chewed up your brand new Brooks running shoes but you know what I mean. Fur babies are our babies. We cuddle them, go on walks, play in the park, go camping, tell our worries to, you name it. They also have been known to help during anxiety and panic attacks too. They work hard, love us dearly, and are always there for us. So why not spoil them a little this Christmas! On this eleventh day of the Gift Guide Series, I bring to you and all you fur baby lovers, moms, and pops, some comforts and maintenance items for your BFF who howls and protects you and your home. If you don't personally have a pet, this shopping list is a great starter kit! Don't forget to check out the other categories that have been featured! Gift Guide Series: All About Survivalist

What a heck of a year it has been! Were you prepared in any way? Grocery shelves empty, people running around, items being fought over.   Living in a state that has many earthquakes I can, without a doubt, say I am prepared for quite a few things to happen. Whether you live somewhere that something catastrophic could happen or you just want to be prepared, this gift guide is a start! On the tenth day of the Gift Guide Series, I just touch on the tip of the iceberg when it comes to survival gear. An important question to keep in mind-is it easy to transport? The last thing you want to do is buy so much that if you ever had to leave the area you live in you couldn't take it with you. Weight is an issue. Quality is important. I've picked a few of my favorite items and listed them below. If you don't want to be caught in a terrible situation, start a survival backpack and keep it where it will be easily accessible. Gift Guide Series: All About Fitness

One of my favorite topics! This has been the year to really focus on your fitness and nutrition! With gyms closed, experiencing shorter business hours, or limited capacity most people have resorted to creating a home gym. I know I have!  If there is one thing quarantine has done good for us, is it has allowed us to slow down and really take a good look at some areas that need improvement. Or maybe you just need to expend some energy due to stress and frustration. Whatever your reasoning is or your loved ones, these items will definitely make a world of difference and add to the experience. On the ninth day of the Gift Guide Series, I'm bringing to you a list of must have's for the beginner, intermediate and athletic type. As an active individual myself, I find that the items listed in the shopping list below will all have their place.  Don't forget to check out the other categories that have been featured! Gift Guide Series: All About Kitchen

This year has made us all a little more creative in the kitchen. At least it has for me! At the start of things looking pretty bad due to Covid-19 I made a personal choice. I was not going to eat out any longer. I wanted to focus on my nutrition in a way I really never had before. I did tons of research and found what worked best for me. I found amazing recipes to try and always made a little more so I could store it for the following day. I'm not much of a "food prepper" but I found, use, and listed some awesome favorite items that any prepper would fall in love with! On this eighth day of the Gift Guide Series, give the gift that keeps on giving! Or in this case, saves! So many wonderful items that are reusable and fun to use.   If you or someone you know is into keto, I found a great recipe book to go with your purchase of  the best, in my opinion , air fryer toaster oven! I use it on a daily basis! A healthy you, or someone you love, starts with self-care. One of the

Gift Guide Series: All About Bathroom

Do you call it a bathroom or a restroom? I'm curious. Let me know in the comments! Anyhow you say it, I'm sure you'll agree it's a busy room of the house this year. With all the hand washing and moisturizing needed, basic hygiene of bathing and brushing, it's the first room we enter each new day. It's a sacred space to many as this particular room of the house is where a lot of self-care is done. Heck, it might just be the room you use to get away from the kids- haha! Either way, we've all got them and we all use them often. Today, on the seventh day of our Gift Guide Series, I'm covering some bathroom staples. I've added some special items that I personally love! You'll wonder how you've lived and manage to function without these amazing, thoughtful gifts. Find something from today's shopping list to gift this Christmas that will allow someone you care about to invest in their self-care routine. Don't forget to check out the other ca
